HALL RENTALS

Our building offers two halls for rent, the Main Hall and the Fireplace Hall. You may rent one individually or both together. Wedding reception rentals include both halls and connect conveniently through an inside doorway.

FAQ

  • The hall rental fee includes an all-day rental from 10am to 11pm and includes cleaning fees, tables, and chairs. Full payment is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, you may do so up to two weeks before the event for a 50% refund. Cancellations within two weeks of the event are non-refundable. No security deposit is required.

  • Yes, you may serve beverages under the following conditions:
    - No glass containers are permitted.
    - No alcohol shall be served to individuals under 21 years old.
    - Alcoholic beverages must comply with state liquor regulations.
    - Designated servers must be identified in advance and shall not consume alcohol while serving.
    - No drinks may be taken outside the building.
    -Two security guards must be present, provided by the renter at their own expense.

  • Yes, renters will have the option of circular tables or rectangular tables, and chairs. Renters are responsible for setting up and taking down tables and chairs.

  • No, we only offer the facility for rent with standard overhead lights. You will need to provide and setup anything additional including decorations, music, food, drinks, etc. A kitchen space is available for warming food but no cooking is permitted.
